The Leuze SLSSR 8.8‑S12 (50038791) is a safety light‑beam transmitter used for machine hazard area protection. It sends out a modulated red light beam, paired with a matching receiver to build safety protection for machine access openings.
The reliable 10‑meter detection range, IP67 dust‑water resistant casing and wide operating temperature make it fit most factory production environments. Powered by universal 10‑30V DC industrial power supply with standard M12 connector for quick wiring.
Important note: This listing contains only the transmitter unit. It works paired with **50038792 SLSER 8/66‑S12 receiver for full safety function.
