  • Pepperl+Fuchs KFU8-SR-EX2.W
PRODUCT INFORMATION KFU8-SR-EX2.W Switch Amplifier This isolated barrier is used for intrinsic safety applications. It transfers digital signals (NAMUR sensors/mechanical contacts) from a hazardous area to a safe area. The proximity sensor or switch controls a form C changeover relay contact for the safe area load. The normal output state can be reversed using switches S1 and S2. Switch S3 is used to enable or disable line fault detection of the field circuit. During an error condition, the relays revert to their de-energized state and the LEDs indicate the fault according to NAMUR NE44.   OVERVIEW Signal conditioners protect signal transfer between field devices in safe areas and control systems by galvanic isolation of the loop. Particularly in case of long transmission paths, signal conditioners avoid compensating currents which may occur from ground loops. Signal conditioners also offer effective protection against electromagnetic disturbance or dangerous over voltages on the signal loops. Depending on the type, signal conditioners offer additional features like limit switching, transformation from field in standard signals, as well as splitting of signals, which means doubling the input signal.   OUR ADVANTAGES 1. The inventory is huge, and the warehouse ships quickly, which will save your delivery time. 2. Competitive price ,fastest delivery time ,perfect after-sales service. 3. The inventory information will confirm the details before you place an order, so that everything is under control. 4. Original products, brand new warranty for one year. 5. Experienced technical support team.   FAQ 1.Regarding the test equipment, do you possess it? Additionally, what is the estimated delivery timeframe? We possess comprehensive testing equipment, and all components undergo a rigorous 100% inspection prior to their departure from the factory. The majority of parts are readily available in our inventory, resulting in a typical delivery time of 3 to 5 days. 2.What packaging methods are employed when the parts are dispatched? To ensure the safety of the parts, we utilize foam paper to fill any empty spaces within the box. Our standard packaging is cardboard boxes; however, for heavier parts, we custom-make wooden boxes to accommodate them. 3.What can be expected in terms of after-sales service? Once the goods have been shipped, we closely monitor their journey until they are successfully delivered to you. Should any issues arise with the product within the warranty period, please reach out to us promptly. Upon investigation, we will promptly provide you with a satisfactory resolution.   RECOMMENDED PRODUCTS 1X00093G42 505-4516 6DP1310-8AA 1X00093H04 505-4532 6DP1280-8AA 1X00093H05 505-4608 6DP1511-8AA 1X00093H08 505-4708 6DP1531-8AA  1X00095H01 505-4732 6DP1232-8AA  1X00102H01 505-4716 6DP1360-8BA

  • Pepperl+Fuchs LB3105A2
PRODUCT INFORMATION LB3105A2 HART Transmitter Power Supply The transmitter power supply feeds 2-wire transmitters. Active signals from separately powered field devices and 4-wire transmitters can be connected. Open and short-circuit line faults are detected. The intrinsically safe inputs are galvanically isolated from the bus and the power supply.   OVERVIEW The advantage of the clear assignment of a signal to a terminal, while integrating existing instrumentation and wiring, in combination with the significantly reduced wiring effort by the use of a bus interface to the control system—remote I/O benefits from the best of two technologies. Therefore it is the ideal and most cost-effective way for the modification or modernization of process plants.  Modular remote I/O systems transmit process data from safe or explosion hazardous areas by connecting binary and analog sensors and actors to the control system via a bus interface. Remote I/O is the right choice when you want to put I/O modules close to the field devices. Due to the reduced wiring effort, you not only save cables, but also time, money, and work effort. Hence, remote I/O field units can be installed in a decentralized location inside hazardous areas while you easily control and monitor sensors and actors from the control room.   PRODUCT  RANGE Pepperl Fuchs offers several series of remote I/O products to meet the needs of different customers: FB Series: Suitable for high-risk areas such as Zone 1, the field signal is transmitted to the control system in a non-hazardous area via an Ex i or Ex e field connection. A variety of I/O modules and interface options are available, supporting analog and digital signal types. LB Series: It is suitable for fieldbus systems such as Foundation Fieldbus, and supports the acquisition and transmission of analog and digital signals. The system is easy to configure and supports a variety of signal types, including 4-20mA, thermocouples, RTDs, and more.   APPLICATIONS Pepperl Fuchs' remote I/O systems are widely used in a variety of industrial sectors, including chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment, power, and more. In the chemical industry, remote I/O systems can be used to monitor and control key parameters such as liquid flow, pressure, and temperature to improve production efficiency and safety. In the petrochemical industry, remote I/O systems ensure reliable monitoring of plants and processes in hazardous environments.   HOT SELLING Pepperl+Fuchs HID2030SK                                                           Pepperl+Fuchs HIC2853R1 Pepperl+Fuchs K-CJC-BU                                                             Pepperl+Fuchs KFD0-CS-EX2.54 Pepperl+Fuchs KFD2-SL-4                                                            Pepperl+Fuchs KFA6-ER-2.W.LB  Pepperl+Fuchs KFD0-RO-EX2                                                     Pepperl+Fuchs KFD2-UFT-EX2.D Pepperl+Fuchs KCD2-SOT-Ex1.LB                                             Pepperl+Fuchs KFD2-SR2-EX1.W.LB Pepperl+Fuchs KFD2-SRA-EX4                                                   Pepperl+Fuchs K-DUCT-GY-UPR-05  Pepperl+Fuchs HIALC-HICTB-SET-108                                    Pepperl+Fuchs HIDTB08-SDC-89C-SC-RA

PRODUCT INFORMATION LB6005A Relay Output The relay output features 8 independent channels. The relay output can be used to switch solenoids, sounders, or lamps. It can also perform general switching operations, e.g. to switch auxiliary power circuits. The outputs are galvanically isolated from the bus and the power supply (EN 61010-1).
